Primio Manifesto

We care for those that care.

Supporting those courageous caretakers who care for those in need is of prime importance.

We believe that those who give so much of themselves—of their body, moving around all day, of their heart, compassionately accepting the pain of their patients, and of their mind, constantly checking if they're doing the right things right, whether day or night—uniquely benefit from a supporting system to help them thrive and flourish.

One way to help these healthcare professionals grow is by offering excellent education. A way of learning that allows caretakers to serve their patients and clients better by saving time, giving personalized care, and enjoying more of their work.

But in this busy healthcare world—where there are always too few hands at the bed—caretakers lack time to step away from their work to study lengthy modules in e-learning, let alone in classrooms.

Yet learning is necessary in this fast-paced technological world.

We believe there is a way forward, both in line with the current digital age and in how professionals work and live.

We see learning in the flow of work as the future of professional education.

And we are here to help precisely those who need it most—those who care.

Of course, we know we cannot provide all the support, but luckily there are many other players in this field whom we are glad to call friends and partners, helping to support caretakers together.

Our mission over the coming decade is to help at least 1 million healthcare professionals to grow and flourish in the flow of work, so they can take better care of those who need it most.

We invite you to connect if this resonates with you or your organization's mission.

With love ❤️ team Primio.
